Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Halo Hanoi Hotel had its ups and downs. While one of the suites I enjoyed was spacious and had a nice bed, the other room had some discomforts, including uncomfortable beds and a lingering smoking smell in the corridors. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but the hotel’s location near the city center made exploration easy. 🌆
My stay at the Halo Hanoi Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. One of the suites we booked was huge and had comfy beds, but unfortunately, the other room was less than great with an unpleasant smell and uncomfortable beds. The staff was nice overall, but language barriers at times made things a bit confusing.
I spent 3 nights at the Halo Hanoi Hotel and overall, it was a decent stay. The staff were nice and helped me book an airport taxi, which was a plus, but I did encounter some confusion regarding the room rules since the English wasn't great at times. The room was comfortable, but I didn’t enjoy having wet socks due to the drying situation. Overall, I'd rate my experience a 7.
My stay at Halo Hanoi Hotel was a mixed bag. The staff was friendly and helped us with our airport taxi through the Grab app, which was a big plus. However, the communication could have been better, as there were some language barriers that left me confused about certain room indications. Overall, I would rate my experience as decent, but there were a few hiccups during my stay.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful in booking an airport taxi, which was definitely a plus. but communication issues left me a bit confused about room instructions.
